NEW RENE INTERVIEW ONLINE

Rene Goguen, best known for his stint in World Wrestling Entertainment as Rene Dupree, recently had an online interview and discussed his overseas professional wrestling in Japan.
“The culture, the fact that it’s pure wrestling,”Rene Dupree told Greg Oliver, the producer of SLAM! Wrestling. “It’s not bullsh*t sports entertainment, where you have to talk in front of a f*cking camera and have writers. It’s pure wrestling. I was miserable the last three years I was in WWE, I was miserable, I hated it, because it’s all politics. You have to kiss ass.”
“In Japan, all you’ve got to do, is you’ve got to work hard, you’ve got to look good, and that’s it,” Dupree added about working in All Japan Pro Wrestling. “And that’s what wrestling is all about. It’s about the performance. It’s not about how big you are, or how good of a promo you can cut. It’s about if you can deliver in the ring. And that’s pure wrestling.”
